FAQ - Odessa Apartment Rentals
When is usual Check-In time?
Check in time is 12:00. If your arrival time is earlier than 12:00 and
if we have a chance to let you get into apartment earlier we'll do it
with pleasure. However if you would like to be 100% sure that you get
into apartment on the early arrival, please, consider booking the previous
night.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price includes rent, utilities (energy consumption), maid service
before check in, maid service once every 5 days(more frequent - if requested)
and VAT.
Is security deposit required?
Apartment is considering as booked after deposit is placed and you received
our confirmation. Deposit is counting as 15% of the total amount, but
not less than a 1 night stay fee. Deposit is unrefundable, so, be sure
you booked your flights tickets before making a reservation. The balace
must be paid on the arrival day in cash. Security deposit $100.00 has
to be paid on the check in. Funds will be returned at the check out after
we check apartment and get keys.
What if someone else joins me in the apartment?
There will be no extra charges.
What´s the booking procedure?
Please, contact us at dompavlov(at)ukr.net or call at 38 096 5744632 to
check availability of the apartment. Provide deposit shortly after receiving
our reply, otherwise selected apartment can be taken by someone else.
If you do not place deposit right after receiving our links it is necessary
to check apartment availability again as it can be already booked by some
one else. Apartment is considering as booked after deposit is placed and
you received our confirmation.
What´s your Cancellation Policy?
Deposit is unrefundable, so, be sure you booked your flights tickets before
making a reservation.
